J. C. Banks (Brownsville, Foster, Wren, Sweet Home)
Joined the International Photographic Association in February 1909. The club exchanged prints and he offered “Oregon scenery, mountains, lakes, waterfalls, Pacific Ocean scenery, and wild animals.” His address then was in Brownsville. In August, 1912 he moved to Wren, in October, 1912 he moved to Foster, in June 1913 he moved back to Wren, and in February 1915 he moved to Sweet Home.
