Frank C. Cover (Portland)
He joined the Oregon Camera Club shortly after it formed in 1895. In March, 1898 he was elected Vice President. He was a cashier at Equitable. The 1898 newspaper accounts of the OCC exhibitions note his landscape photogarphy.
