Otis T. Bartels (Carlton, Lebanon, Marshfield)
Joined the International Photographic Association in July 1913. The club was a photographer’s print exchange. In September, 1913 he changed his address to Lebanon. He is listed in directories as being a photographer from 1914 to 1917. By 1926 he moved to Marshfield (now Coos Bay.) His prints were mentioned in a May 1926 exhibition review in Camera Craft.
